| | Do I have to pay return/additional shipping if something is wrong with my order and an item/s has to be returned?

| | Do you ship internationally?

| | How long will the order processing/shipping take?
If there's an expected delay due to a back-order on a specific item we will list it on the website (usually on the specific product page of the item in question). Currently orders are taking 3-5 working days to process and ship. Once an order has left the warehouse, shipping time varies depending on the carrier and the service. Most frames currently ship (with a few exceptions) via UPS Ground. Complete desks (with tops) frequently ship via freight truck which tends to take anywhere from 1 - 4 business days longer than standard UPS times. These times are just estimations and subject to change due to shipper schedules and unforeseen issues such as weather delays, etc. For order tracking and customer convenience, tracking numbers are provided for all orders at the time of shipping (including items that ship via freight). | | How much assembly is required?
Assembly is moderate with very straightforward instructions. Most customers report between forty-five minutes and two hours to get their GeekDesk unpacked, assembled, and ready to use. A powered screwdriver is recommended for attaching the top to the frame with the provided wood screws. We can also connect you with a third-party installation service if you would prefer to have the desk assembled for you. FAQ permalink |
| | What does your warranty cover, and for how long?
The GeekDesk ® motor and all moving parts come with a full two-year warranty (any trouble and we ship necessary replacement items free of charge), and the steel structural frame itself comes with a five year warranty. FAQ permalink |

| | What makes the v3 different from the Version 2.0 (v2) ?
The v3 has the following updated features: - We took a cue from the GeekDesk® Max and utilized a quieter, hidden-drive, dual motor design.
- We increased the maximum height to 49".
- We improved what was already excellent frame rigidity at standing position.

- The v3 Small Top is 47.25" / 120cm x 80cm wide x 31.5" deep.
