GeekDesk Reset Instructions

Follow these instructions to fix issues with your desk, including the desk going down, but not back up.

1. Check all cable connections (power cord, leg cables, handset) to be sure they are properly secured.
2. Hold down the DOWN button until legs stop at their lowest position.
3. Let go of the DOWN button for at least 1 second.
4. Hold down the DOWN button again for about 10 seconds (Max will display "RSt" or "ASR").
5. Again, let go of the DOWN button for at least 1 second.
6. Hold down the DOWN button again for 10-15 seconds. A small "bump" will occur, indicating the reset has been completed.
