Return & Warranty Policy

At GeekDesk, we want you to be happy enough with your transaction that you not only are personally satisfied, but that you also tell your friends about your great experience with us. We also recognize that buying high-quality office furniture online, sight unseen, can feel like a bit of a "gamble", and we want you to be confident when you order from us. To that end, please know that we back up all of our products with the following no-hassle return, cancellation, and warranty policies:

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your receiving the our products, should they prove unsatisfactory for any reason. Upon processing your returned GeekDesk item(s), we will issue a full refund of not only the purchase price, but the original outbound shipping that was paid at the time of your order as well.

Please note: All returns must obtain a return authorization number in advance (use our form here), which must be issued prior to return shipment. Returns must be received in "like new" condition and include all original packaging materials. Return shipping costs are not included, and items received with missing packaging or otherwise not in “like new” condition will incur an additional 25% restocking fee.

Order Cancellation Policy

If your order has not shipped yet, you may cancel it for a full refund. If you need to cancel an existing order, please do so via this form.

Product Warranty

The GeekDesk motors and all moving and electrical parts come with a full two-year warranty (any trouble and we ship necessary replacement items free of charge), and the steel structural frames come with a five year warranty
